1.1. The website is owned and operated by Emitrophies Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia. 1.2. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. 1.3. Use of the website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or are supervised by a legal guardian.

 

2. Products & Customization

2.1. Description Accuracy: We strive to ensure that product images, dimensions, and materials are accurate. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the manufacturing process of materials (e.g., natural wood or crystal). 2.2. Artwork & Proofing: For customized items (engraving, UV printing, or sandblasting), it is the customer’s responsibility to check the final artwork proof for spelling, layout, and design errors. Once a proof is approved via email/message, Emitrophies is not liable for any errors found thereafter. 2.3. Intellectual Property: You represent that you own the rights to any logos or designs you provide to us for customization.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). 3.2. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes or errors on the website. 3.3. Payment Terms: Full payment or a required deposit (as stated on your invoice) must be cleared before production begins.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

4.1. Standard production lead times vary by product. Urgent “Rush Orders” may incur additional surcharges. 4.2. Production begins only after (a) payment is confirmed and (b) artwork proof is approved. 4.3. Cancellations: As trophies and awards are often custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. We deliver throughout Malaysia using third-party couriers. 5.2. Risk of Loss: While we pack items securely, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed to the carrier. 5.3. Shipping Delays: Emitrophies is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1. Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom trophies and awards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or arrived damaged. 6.2. Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within [e.g., 24-48] hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or repair. 6.3. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within [X] working days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emitrophies Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
