2. Products & Customization

2.1 Description Accuracy:
We strive to ensure that all product images, dimensions, and materials are accurate. However, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to screen settings or the natural manufacturing characteristics of materials such as wood, crystal, or metal.

2.2 Artwork & Proofing:
For customized items including engraving, UV printing, or sandblasting, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork proof for spelling, layout, and design accuracy.

Once artwork approval has been confirmed via email or message, Emitrophies shall not be held liable for any errors identified thereafter.

2.3 Intellectual Property:
By submitting logos, artwork, or designs for customization, you confirm that you own or have the legal rights to use such materials.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Currency:
All prices listed on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

3.2 Price Adjustments:
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to material cost fluctuations, supplier changes, or website errors.

3.3 Payment Terms:
Full payment or the required deposit stated in the invoice must be received and cleared before production begins.

4. Order Processing & Lead Times

4.1 Production Timeline:
Standard production lead times vary depending on the product and customization requirements. Urgent or “Rush Orders” may incur additional charges.

4.2 Production Commencement:
Production will only begin after:

  • Payment has been successfully confirmed; and

  • Final artwork proof has been approved by the customer.

4.3 Order Cancellation:
As most trophies and awards are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Coverage:
We deliver throughout Malaysia using trusted third-party courier services.

5.2 Risk of Loss:
Although items are securely packaged, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the courier or carrier.

5.3 Shipping Delays:
Emitrophies shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Customized Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom trophies and awards are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

6.2 Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

6.3 Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer within [X] working days.

7. Limitation of Liability
